Important: A $406 volunteer deposit (all inclusive of ticket price+tax+service charges) or the first payment in a payment plan is required to process your application. The deposit (less $39.95 processing fee and service charges) is only refundable upon completion of shifts assigned. Your refund will be provided to you onsite at Bass Coast. A $30 service fee will be charged for re-issue, mailing or requiring a stop payment. Please remember to claim your refund at the Volunteer Office.
No tickets are generated with this deposit. A volunteer coordinator will be in contact with instructions on how to check-in at the festival site.
In the case that you are not selected to volunteer you will be issued a full refund.
This volunteer deposit is not transferable.

If paying on a plan your first payment commits you to the dates you have applied for. Please ensure you are available for the dates you have listed in your application before paying and completing your application, as changes to availability cannot be accepted once your deposit and your application has been processed.
