General Admission passes are valid for entry July 8-11, 2022 (dates subject to change).
Main Gate Hours: Fri: 9am-1am, Sat: 9am-6pm, Sun: 9am-6pm. Thursday Entry passes: 9am - 10pm (times subject to change)
No parking/camping is permitted on the road the night before gates open.
All vehicles will be searched upon entry. No alcohol, glass, or illegal materials are permitted. Full list of all prohibited items can be found in the FAQ section.

All tickets are non-refundable. Bass Coast will not be responsible for lost tickets and does not issue replacement tickets. No exchange or refunds on tickets, including if the event is terminated early, cancelled due to extreme weather, acts of nature, government regulation or other conditions beyond the control of Bass Coast Project Ltd. Please ensure that you will be able to attend the festival before purchasing your tickets. Your ticket is valid only for the year on your Bass Coast ticket. Bass Coast reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to anyone without refund of ticket or reservation/RV camping fees. All ticket holders must be 19 years of age and present two pieces of government-issued identification. A ticket is a revocable license and may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without compensation. Only purchase tickets from an authorized vendor or using the secure ticket exchange. Any ticket that has been duplicated or tampered with is invalid.
Bass Coast reserves the right to change the programming without notification. All tickets include camping in the general camping area(s). Re-entry will be charged at $20/vehicle. Local Merritt residents are exempt from this charge.
Guests and vehicles will be subject to searches prior to entry. Prohibited items include alcohol, drugs, glass, mirrors, weapons, flares, fireworks and pets (guide dogs are permitted with pre-registration). ). Full list of all prohibited items can be found in the FAQ section. Prohibited items are subject to seizure. The festival is not responsible for any confiscated items.

Vehicles parked in marked fire lanes will be towed without notice to the owner.
Potable drinking water is available free of charge at the Food Court and in the Forest.
No unauthorized vending is allowed. Bass Coast Project Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to the rules at any time. Updated rules will be posted to the website.
Pandemic Clause 2022
The future impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on society may result in prolonged social distancing and or limits to how we gather. Bass Coast Festival will follow the guidelines of the BC Health Authority.
Bass Coast is moving forward with planning to host Bass Coast in July of 2022. If the health authorities deem it unsafe to host the festival in 2022, all valid tickets will be moved forward one year.
If not permitted to hold the festival in 2022, 2022 all tickets will be valid in 2023, 2023 will move to 2024 and 2024 will be valid in 2025.
Your tickets are being purchased from Bass Coast Festival (the organizer). Tickit's services are limited to generating tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. All communications or disputes regarding refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
